Please read our refund policy carefully:

Order Changes & Cancellation:

- Once your order is placed, approved, and sent to production, you cannot edit or cancel it, as all orders are personalized to your specifications.

Refunds:

- We have a Full refund, No question asked Guarantee, If you are unsatisfied with your design preview and wish to cancel your order.

- All sales are final once the item is place in production or shipped, after this stage, we can't offer a refund.

- "First in Line" items can't be refunded.

Damaged Product:

- If your product arrives damaged, please send us a clear photograph of the damage. We'll promptly send you a replacement at no extra cost.

Delivery Estimation:

- We cannot guarantee delivery dates and accept no responsibility, apart from advising you of any known delays, for products that are delivered after the estimated delivery date.

-  The delivery times listed on the website is only an average estimation, and some deliveries can take longer, or alternatively be delivered much faster. 

Address Accuracy

- Please note that we cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping address information provided by the customer. It is crucial to ensure that all address details are accurate and complete at the time of order placement.

- In such cases where an order cannot be delivered due to address errors, refunds will not be issued. We encourage all customers to double-check their shipping information for accuracy to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Wrong Size

 - If you ordered the wrong size, we will happily give you a 50% discount to reorder the correct size.
